As working from home continues for many, it’s important to make sure you’re making changes as needed to adjust physically and mentally. Here are some tips to ease any WFH pains:
1. Stick to a schedule and a routine. Create a morning transition routine to get into your “work” mindset.
2. Set work and home boundaries. Just because work is at home doesn’t mean work-life should blend with home life. Set a time to put work down and stick to it.
3. Invest in a proper work chair or standing desk. If you are sitting at the computer for a long period of time it’s important to be in a supportive chair, but also one that makes you feel productive.
