Due to an increase in patient volume, appointment reservations are required for all COVID-19 medical evaluations and testing. Walk-ins are still welcome for all other urgent care needs.

Thank you for choosing BetterMed TeleCare we look forward to taking care of you. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm. If you have contacted us outside of our operation hours, we will follow up with you as soon as our offices open. What Happens Next:
  1. You will be contacted by a BetterMed Registration Representative and your appointment time will be scheduled.
  2. You will receive an appointment link by text and email.
  3. A few minutes before your appointment time, click on the link, to enter your name and check the box agreeing with Terms of Service.
  4. You will then be sent to the video screen where you will await the provider joining the visit.
