All locations will be open 10AM-4pm on Memorial Day, Monday May 25th.

Our COVID-19 examination offers 2 types of testing when available:

  1. PCR nasal swab testing to determine active infection
  2. Antibody blood testing to determine past exposure or previous infection

Which test do I need? Click to find out.

In addition to collecting a specimen for testing, we perform a medical evaluation and exam to examine a patient’s vital signs, making sure they do not have a very high fever, are not hypoxic, have a rapid heart rate or a rapid respiratory rate.

It is critically important to check the lungs and heart to make sure a patient is not in distress or have clinical evidence of pneumonia, which could be an indication that they need to be admitted to a hospital.

All patients must make an online appointment before arriving.

  • Rapid Serum  Antibody test is FDA EUA approval pending.
  • Results from antibody testing should not be used as the sole basis to diagnose or exclude SARS-CoV-2 infection or to inform infection status.
  • Negative results do not rule out SARS-CoV-2 infection, particularly in those who have been in contact with the virus. Follow-up testing with a molecular diagnostic should be considered to rule out infection in these individuals.
  • Positive results may be due to past or present infection with non COVID-19 causing coronavirus strains, such as coronavirus HKU1, NL63, OC43, or 229E.  Because antibodies may not prevent future COVID-19 infection, please continue to follow CDC COVID-19 recommendations for disease prevention.
  • The test used today is FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) pending, meaning it has not yet been fully reviewed by the FDA.
