7 days a week from 8am-8pm.

What is the cost for TeleCare?

For those using commercial insurance the expected out of pocket cost is your copay. If you want to use the self-pay option (Sure Pay) the cost is $70. We accept most insurances except Medicaid and Medicaid products.

Can I be screened for COVID-19?

Yes, we do provide screening and testing for COVID-19 symptoms.

What if my provider recommends an office visit during my call, will I be charged twice?

If your provider recommends that you be seen at one of our physical locations to receive appropriate care, your copay will be waived (when using insurance) and you will not be billed for the TeleCare visit. If you used the self pay option we will apply the $70 towards your final bill.
